1. What LUMIFORGE Automation is
LUMIFORGE Automation is an owner-operated, internal automation system used by the owner of the LumiForge YouTube channel (@LumiForge_X) to manage the channel's own videos, playlists and live streams. It is not a public service: it has no user accounts and is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. Authorized use
Only the channel owner may authorize LUMIFORGE Automation with Google and use it, and only for the channel owner's own YouTube account and content.
3. YouTube API Services
LUMIFORGE Automation uses the YouTube API Services. Its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. How Google user data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
3a. Reddit Data API
The Reddit module of LUMIFORGE Publisher is used only by the owner, for the owner's own Reddit account and own content. Its use is subject to the Reddit Data API Terms, the Reddit Developer Terms, the Responsible Builder Policy, the Reddit Rules and each subreddit's own rules. How Reddit data is handled is described in Privacy Policy section 11.
4. Content
All videos, thumbnails and other content published with LUMIFORGE Automation belong to the LumiForge channel owner, who is responsible for them under YouTube's policies.
5. No warranty
LUMIFORGE Automation is an internal tool provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated when LUMIFORGE Automation changes. The effective date above will be revised.
